ING KiDS ROCK Washington D.C. Kick-Off Event
More than 400 D.C. school kids began training for a marathon Wednesday.
The students at Barnard Elementary School in northwest Washington will be running the more than 26 miles over several weeks. They can choose to do as little as one mile at a time.
It’s part of a national program called ING Kids Rock, which is open to students from kindergarten through seventh grade.
