ING KiDS ROCK

ING KiDS ROCK

Program Overview:

ING KiDS ROCK is the fun-filled final mile run and celebration happening in cities across the nation. It caps off the multi-week ING Run For Something Better school-based running program in those cities.

This very special event includes the excitement of live music, fun activities and an action-packed Finish Line Festival after the mile run. It’s a day for kids to reach their goals and to celebrate their healthy lifestyle achievements with their families and friends.

Kids taking part will enjoy the thrill of the run and the party atmosphere. They’ll also receive an official race number, t-shirt, goodie bag and finisher’s medal!

It’s easy to get involved.

Individual students or entire schools can pay to participate in a 4-, 6- or 8-week running program. In addition, the schools that meet the requirement of a 50% reduced lunch program and need assistance funding student participation can apply for a scholarship to ING KiDS ROCK and take part in the 8-week IRFSB running program.

Schools that don't meet these requirements can apply to fundraise by implementing the 8-week IRFSB program. They'll get to participate in ING KiDS ROCK in their city and keep a significant portion of the funds raised.
